Does anyone have a phone number for the Self Employed help please.

I received an email letting me know that my credit card needed to be renewed.  I clicked on the button to "fix it now" and all of the info on that site is 6 years old.  And,  I could not find anywhere to put in new credit card info.

I got some troubleshooting steps that we can perform to isolate this issue. Let’s rule out the possibility of a browser-related issue. QuickBooks Online (QBO) uses cache files to swiftly load the page faster. In the time it gets piled up, it can cause issues that affect the views and performance of your account.

 

To confirm this, let’s access your account via a private window (incognito) and enter your new credit card information from there. The Incognito window doesn’t store any cache data. Thus, this helps us easily confirm the issue. To get started, you can utilize these keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Press keys: Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome browser)
  • Press keys: Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox & Microsoft Edge browser)
  • Press keys: Command + Shift + N (Safari browser)

 

If you’re able to update your credit card information, I recommend going back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If the issue persists, I suggest using other supported browsers. This way, we can identify if this is a browser-integrated issue.

All I need to do is renew my credit card info for my QB payroll acct.  Everything I have tried 

doesn't work .  Please just call me and let's take care of it over the phone. Thank you.

Hello Laura, Can you give our care team a call on 08082345337 and then can have a look at the payroll subscription billing , as with the Community being a public forum it redacts your email address when you post it.

I am a QB Accountant and I have a client that wants to go back to using her QBSE. She is looking for a QBSE support phone number to call because "it won't let" her resubscribe for some reason. This seems to be a technical issue that is beyond my wheelhouse and we need this resolved ASAP. Can someone reply with a phone number for someone contact me?

I can help you walk your clients successfully reactivate their QuickBooks Self-Employed subscription. 

 

Did they receive a specific error when trying to log in to QBSE? Let's ensure that they are using the https://selfemployed.intuit.com/ web address to log in and enter their correct credentials. It can also be that their account is already deleted or expired that's why they're unable to reactivate it. We'll keep your data for one year after you cancel and you'll need to follow the steps to resubscribe to access it again. The browser troubleshooting steps will also help you handle unusual behaviors performed by the system.

 

Further, the Community is a public forum and we're unable to share our contact number here. I've got the steps on how you can reach out to our Phone Support Team securely.

 

  1. Click the link and go to the QuickBooks Self-Employed Test Drive: Test Drive & Trial Links.
  2. Once the test drive is open, click Continue to test drive.
  3. At the upper-right, click Assistant.
  4. Enter Talk to a human twice and then I still need a human.
  5. Select to Get a callback from us.
