Welcome to the QuickBooks Community. There’s an ongoing investigation related to HSBC bank feeds and our engineers are currently working on a fix with priority. There’s no ETA as of yet, but you can be added to the notification list to receive an automated email by contacting our support team.
Here's how:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online Company.
- Click the Help menu.
- Select the Contact us button.
You can import your bank transactions using Excel CSV files to keep your bank account balance up-to-date. The linked article has information how you can manually upload those transactions in CSV.
