Your bank could be in the middle of an update. This is why you won’t see the disconnect option. You’ll have to wait a few more minutes before you can proceed.

I managed to disconnect the credit card accounts thanks to your advice, but now it won't let me re-add them. When I go to add account and select my bank, it just gives me the option to connect my business current account, not the commercial card account linked to it.
