This error code is associated with the open banking process not being completed before returning to QuickBooks - this can be caused by pop-up blockers on the browser.
Please try disabling pop-up blockers and ensure you are following the full process in the window before returning to QuickBooks.

The error 571 happens when you have either closed the consent page while connecting to Open Banking in QuickBooks. Or you may have pop-up blockers on your browser that are active which prevents you from completing the process.
As mentioned by my colleague @GeorgiaC, to fix this, you'll need to disable the pop-up blockers on your browser. Once done, try to connect again. I have tried all the solutions mentioned and still get the same issue when it tries to retung back tk the QuickBooks main page. I have disabled the pop-up blocks.
