Feature Request - Option to use 'Customer' and 'Class' fields when importing data as a bill

Feature Request - Would it be possible to add the ability to include the fields 'Class' and 'Customer' when importing data as a bill. This isnt currently possibly and the bill has to be amended post upload which can be time consuming. Thanks.

Explore the importer tool

The template should be like this

@Fiat Lux - ASIA That looks like it will do the trick. Will check out the trial version when I next come across the need. Thanks for the response.

Hi

I've just asked a similar question on this forum and your thread came up.

Did it work?  Are you using the import function now to include customer tracking?  If so I would love to use this too as we are in need of doing PL's by customer.  I have just migrated all our accounts over from Desktop to Online only to discover this import function for bills does not include the "Customer" field.  I'm pretty frustrated as now I have to enter these all manually to be able to track the costs.

I would love to know if this feature can be added.

Hi RB2008,

Apologies for delayed response (Annual Leave). We didn't use the importer tool in the end although I cant remember for certain the reason why. I think it was really a once-off job for us and hence was quicker to put the head down and process manually.

Regards

Stephen
