Is the feedback function in QBO still operative?
If I make a suggestion for a new feature, I get a popup box which says I should go to "Suggest a Quickbooks Online Feature" instead. However this link does not work, I just get to a page saying that the New Feature forum no longer exists and gives a further link which goes to the US forum page.
The feedback option in QuickBooks Online is still operational. If you click on the cog in the top right>feedback the box below shoudl appear.Let us know if you h ave any issues with this.We can also raise any feedback you may have to the corresponding team,depending on what the topic is.
Hi, thanks for the reply, I do get the feedback box, however when I press Next I am shown a second box. This says I should follow the link to "Suggest a Quickbooks Online Feature" instead. If I click on this link I am taken to a dead page on the Quickbooks website.
Strangely I cannot repeat this now, if I fill in the feedback box now it submits immediately.

I have tried to add feedback today, but the page just freezes. I desperately need to be able to export more details out of the supplier masterfile, but the standard extract is limited regarding the fields. So frustrating after taking the time to fill in these fields
