Please start by navigating to the Transactions tab and clicking the Refresh area. Please see the attached screenshot for visual reference.

If the issue persists, I recommend logging in to your bank's website to confirm if everything is working smoothly on their side. Occasionally, financial institutions undergo maintenance or experience server issues that temporarily disrupt the connection needed to sync data with QuickBooks.
If everything looks good with your bank, I suggest logging out of your account and then logging back in to refresh the system.
If your financial institution is experiencing issues and you need immediate access to your transactions, I recommend logging into their website. From there, you can download a file of the missing transactions and manually upload it into QuickBooks.
