Before anything else, I'd like to ask if you encounter errors when working with the app or when trying to upload the receipts? I'd appreciate additional information you can add to help us get on the same page and provide you with an accurate resolution.
In the meantime, you'll want to log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a mobile-supported, up-to-date browser. From there, you can utilise your account by accessing your dashboard and uploading your receipts.
