Has anyone experienced trouble with mobile app, it was working fine but now gets stuck on front page and wont open data?

I'll help you perform some mobile troubleshooting steps so you can continue using your QuickBooks app, @abby35.

 

We can clear your app data on your mobile device to reset the app to its default state. The stored cache can cause unusual behavior in the QuickBooks app. 

 

For iOS users:

 

  1. Open your Settings, then tap General.
  2. Tap iPhone Storage. Choose the QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Click Offload App.
  4. This action will clear storage space while keeping your app's documents and data intact.

 

 

For Android users:

 

  1. Proceed to the Home menu or tap the three dots in the right upper right corner.
  2. Tap on Settings, then select Refresh Data.
  3. Press Yes.

 

If the issue persists, I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the mobile app to ensure you get the latest version of the QuickBooks app.
