In the meantime, I'd suggest logging into your bank's website to review if there are banking alerts that need your attention.
- Log in to your financial institution's website.
- Review your account page for messages, notifications, or alerts.
- Check your bank’s website for any announcements.
If there's none, I'd recommend accessing your QuickBooks Self-Employed account via a private browser. This is a good place to determine if there's an issue with the browser.

- Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P
Once signed in, link your bank account to QuickBooks. If you're able to do so, let's clear the browser's cache. This improves the performance of the program and prevents unexpected behavior.
