Has anyone struggled to reauthenticate their banking app after signing out quickbooks for multiple months?

When linking my bank account monzo does what it needs to do and s3nds me back here saying everything has worked. I then get back to quickbooks and it says "sorry, something went wrong, try again". Gives me the try again button and does nothing.

Hi, glenheadwoodservices. There are a few reasons your bank account cannot connect to QuickBooks Online, including browser cache issues, pop-up blockers, or maintenance on your bank’s website.
 

Have you tried disabling your browser’s pop-up blocker? This allows the pop-up window to appear and connect your bank to QuickBooks Online. We also suggest logging in to your QuickBooks Online account in an incognito window to see if that resolves the issue.

Alternatively, you can import your bank transactions using a CSV file from your bank. These guides explain how to format and upload your file:
 

 

Once imported, you can categorise your transactions in QuickBooks Online as usual.
