Hello, I am trying to import a CSV file from stripe to quickbooks. It keeps coming up with an error and says its probably quickbooks problem. how do I fix this?
You'll get this error when the CSV file's format is incorrect or the template doesn't meet the specific requirements. QuickBooks Self- Employed can import CSV files that use either a 3-column or 4-column format.
To seamlessly import the data, check the following information:
Remove zeroes (0) from the file and leave those cells blank.
Select the column header labels (from the dropdowns) that match the column header labels in your CSV file.
The file should contain the following information: Date, Description, and Amount.
Auto-suggest helps you quickly narrow down your search results by suggesting possible matches as you type.
