You can often resolve email delivery issues for estimates by adjusting your sales settings to ensure they aren't being flagged by spam filters. Since your invoices are sending correctly, the following steps will help you update your estimate delivery format in QuickBooks:
1. Select the Gear icon and choose Account and settings.
2. Click the Sales tab.
3. Go to the Online delivery section and select Show short summary in email instead of Full details.
4. In the Additional email options for invoices dropdown, try switching between Attached PDF and Plain text to see if it bypasses your customer's email filters.
5. Select Messages, choose Estimates from the dropdown, and make sure the Copy me box is checked.
It also helps to use a simple subject line like "Estimate from [Your Business Name]" and avoid words like free or act now that might trigger a spam block.
