Let's work together to determine where those four transactions are hiding and get your account synced properly.
When the unreviewed transaction count on your homepage doesn’t match what you see on the transactions page, filtering is often the cause. To fix this, ensure that your Account Filter is set to All instead of a single account, as the unreviewed transactions could be in a different account. Change the Date Range to All as well to ensure that older transactions aren’t hidden.
Here’s how:
- Open your QuickBooks account.
- Navigate to Transactions.
- In the Account dropdown, select All.
- In the Date dropdown, choose All.
