Thanks for reaching out, enquiries. I appreciate you bringing this to our attention and sharing your experience. Let’s work together to troubleshoot the issue and see if we can get things running smoothly for you.
To start, try signing out of the QuickBooks Online app and then signing back in. This simple step often refreshes the system and resolves minor glitches. After that, you can refresh the app data to ensure everything is fully up to date. Here's how:
iOS:
Go to Settings and select General.
Choose iPhone Storage, then click the QuickBooks Online app.
Click Offload App to free your storage without deleting the app's data and documents.
Android:
In the Menu ☰, click More Options ⋮.
Select Settings and Refresh Data.
To confirm, tap YES.
If refreshing the data doesn’t fix the issue, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app entirely. Sometimes a fresh installation clears up crashes or missing data by sorting out any corrupted files that may be lingering.
If the problem persists despite those steps, I recommend accessing your QuickBooks Online account through a web browser instead. Head to https://quickbooks.intuit.com/uk/ and log in there. This will let you check directly if your quotes and features show up properly online.
