Hi, I am not sure if quickbooks is up to date with bank details. There are many invoices seem to be unpaid on the app but they’re actually paid. Can you check?

The issues you're encountering may be due to synchronization delays between your bank and QuickBooks or problems with the automatic bank feed updates. These delays could be caused by bank processing times or connectivity issues. It is possible that payments have not been matched correctly to their respective invoices in QuickBooks, Info2103.

 

First, it would be helpful to know whether you are using the QuickBooks Mobile App or QuickBooks Online on a web browser, as the steps to resolve your issue may slightly differ.

 

If you are using the QuickBooks Mobile App:

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks Mobile App.
  2. Tap the Menu icon, then tap Banking.
  3. Select the bank account you want to update.
  4. Pull down on the screen to refresh and directly update the transactions from your bank.

 

If you are using QuickBooks Online on a web browser:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Navigate to the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
  3. Click on Banking.
  4. Select the bank account you want to update.
  5. Click on Update in the upper right. If prompted for additional authentication, follow the onscreen instructions.

 

After updating, manually review and match the transactions by checking the For Review tab, where incoming bank transactions are listed. Payments received may not have linked automatically to their corresponding invoices in QuickBooks, which can result in unmatched payments.
