You can manually edit the Sales Receipts once imported, @london.account. I’ll share some details about this below.
To begin with, the option to enter the payment method field while importing Sales Receipts (SR) is unavailable. As a workaround, you can import your SR without the payment method and then manually edit the payment method field to each receipt after they have been imported.
While this option is unavailable, I recommend sending feedback about it. Your feedback will help us improve your QBO experience and will be shared with our Product Development Team. Here's how:
- At the upper right corner, click the Gear icon.
- Under the Profile, select Feedback.
- Enter your comments or product suggestions.
- Then, select Next to submit a feedback.
