Welcome to Community, London. You can send a payment link to your customer by integrating PayPal with QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'll walk you through the process.
Before diving in, please know that the ability to directly generate payment links is only available in QBO Canada and US. However, you can connect your UK account to PayPal so your customers can make payments using their Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or even their PayPal wallet. Here's how:
- Click +New and select Invoice.
- Choose Accept card payments with PayPal.

- Click Launch PayPal and follow the prompts to grant QuickBooks permission to connect to PayPal.
- Select Go back to QuickBooks Online and review account names and fee categories.
Once everything is set up, you can proceed to Steps 3 and 4 section in this article: Accept Card Payments with PayPal app in QuickBooks Online.
Lastly, I've added this article to learn how to personalize your sales forms: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks.
By following the steps above you can ensure that your client has an easy way to settle their invoices. If you have other questions about customer payments, just drop a comment below. I’m here to clear up any confusion and help you with any issues.
