If you have checked and confirmed that you didn't still receive any emails. Since the Community is a public space and cannot access your account for security reasons, I highly recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Live Support team. They have specialized tools such as screen sharing to help resolve issues with your invoices.
Here's how to contact them:
- Navigate to the (?) Help menu.
- Select the Search tab and search for questions or keywords.
- Click Contact Us.
- Enter your concern, then select Continue.
- Choose Chat with us or Have us call you.
