Before trying the automatic tracker I recorded all my business miles per month and wrote them down, is there a way I can just enter them as one total figure per month instead of having to manually enter start points and end points numerous times per day on the app?
Hi there, @leeduncan1986. When you say your mileage tracker isn’t working, do you mean the auto-tracking just not recording trips at all?
The automatic feature only tracks trips from the moment you turn it on. It doesn’t go back and record past mileage, which is why it may seem like it’s not working for earlier dates.
As for entering your miles as one total per month, you can add your total monthly business miles as a single manual trip. Just add one trip each month, enter the total miles, and use a summary description like “Monthly business mileage.” This way, your monthly total is recorded as one trip.
To do this, go to Mileage > click Add trip > set the trip date as the last day of the month > use “Monthly summary” for the start and end points. Enter your total monthly distance. Once everything looks good, save your changes.

Hi @ShangY
Thank you very much for your reply, I should have made it clearer when I mentioned the tracking. I meant the auto tracking. I’ve had it on for a couple of weeks now and it’s never worked.
I think I’ll just go down the route of just adding my total millage in one go each month and save messing around with the auto tracking.
Thank you very much for your help and I hope you enjoy the rest of your day.
Kind regards
Lee
