Hello Lesly, you can easily disable these options through our Auto Pay feature settings. This will remove the Pay Now buttons for card and Direct Debit from your future invoices.
To deactivate these options, go to Gear icon > Account and Settings > Sales. Locate Invoice payments and click the pencil icon to turn off Accept online payments. Next, uncheck the options for both Credit Card and Bank Transfer (Direct Deposit), then click on Save.

These changes only apply to future invoices. If you’ve already sent one out, you’ll need to open that specific invoice and manually switch the payment toggles to Off in the Online Payments section on the right. Once completed, click Save or Review and send.
