Hi we have been waiting now for nearly two weeks for our plan to upgrade and have people waiting to get paid as our payroll isn't working. How do I chase this up?

Hi we have been waiting now for nearly two weeks for our plan to upgrade and have people waiting to get paid as our payroll isn't working. How do I chase this up?

We appreciate your patience while our team is working on your payroll upgrade, and we acknowledge its importance in paying your employees on time, sgmair. Since only our Payroll Support Team can handle the required step-by-step procedures, you'll have to contact them to receive a timely update about its status.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks account.
  2. Go to the Help icon and then the Search tab.
  3. Type "Contact Us" keyword in the designated field. Then, press the Enter button on your keyboard.
  4. Click the Contact Us option once it appears on your screen.
  5. Select your preferred way of connecting with our live experts and follow the on-screen instructions.
     

Please know that the upgrade's processing time could take a while and would depend on your existing payroll data. It's because those entries need to be migrated appropriately into your new payroll plan.
