Hi there, Castle. You can check if your customer has opened the invoice by looking at the invoice status in your QuickBooks account. Once they open the emailed invoice, it will show as "Viewed."
Here's how:
- In the My apps tab, navigate to Invoices under Sales & Get Paid.
- Locate the transaction you want to review.
- Click the dropdown arrow under the Action column.
- Select View activity.
