How can I switch from an online to self employed account?

There's no direct way to switch from QuickBooks Online to QuickBooks Self-Employed. I can assist you in smoothly transitioning from QBO to QBSE by providing a detailed, step-by-step guide.

 

First, you may consider canceling your QBO account to prevent further billing. Then, subscribe to QuickBooks Self-Employed to begin using it. 

 

To cancel your QBO account:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin user.
  2. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Subscriptions and billing.
  3. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online. If you're canceling a trial, click Cancel trial.
  4. Follow the on-screen steps.
