How do I change the default payment date in the iOS app? It keros setting to 30 days which is causing me problems with late payments

I’ll be happy to assist you in changing the default payment date in the iOS app, karl27.

 

If you want to change the payment terms on your sales invoices or bills, you’ll need to access your QuickBooks Online account through a web browser, as the mobile app has limited functionality.

 

To Update Default Invoice Payment Terms:

 

  1. Click the Gear Icon (:gear:) at the top, then select Account and Settings.
  2. In the left menu, choose Sales.
  3. Navigate to the Sales Form Content section and click the pencil icon.
  4. From the Preferred Invoice Terms dropdown menu, select the terms you want to apply.
    • If your preferred terms aren't listed, click + Add New and follow the onscreen instructions.
  5. Click Save, then Done when complete.

 

To Update Default Bill Payment Terms:

 

  1. Click the Gear Icon (:gear:) at the top, then select Account and Settings.
  2. In the left menu, choose Expenses, then click Edit in the upper-right corner.
  3. Scroll to the Bills and Expenses section, and choose your terms from the Default Bill Payment Terms dropdown menu.
    • If your preferred terms aren't listed, click + Add New and follow the onscreen instructions.
  4. Click Save, then Done when complete.

 

To change the date QuickBooks charges your credit card for your subscription, the process varies based on how you subscribed.

 

For subscriptions made through the iOS App Store, you should contact Apple Support, as they manage App Store subscriptions. Alternatively, if you subscribed via a web browser, I recommend contacting our Live Support Team. They are best equipped to handle billing-related inquiries, as they can access your account in a secure environment and provide assistance with account-specific and sensitive information.
