How do I close my account

You can go to the Subscriptions and billing page to cancel your subscription. Let me guide you how.

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin user. 
2. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Subscriptions and billing.
3. Find the product you wish to cancel, then select Cancel subscription.
4. Follow the steps on the screen to cancel your subscription.
