How do I connect my hsbc kinetic account?

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern about connecting your HSBC kinetic account to QuickBooks Online. I'll be happy to guide you through. Let's start by logging in to your account using a web browser. From there, we can link your HSBC Kinetic.  

You can follow the step-by-step process below in linking your account to QuickBooks Online.

1. Click Banking in the left panel and go to the Banking tab.
2. From the Banking page, click the Link account. 
3. Search for HSBC Bank and select one of the following:
   1. HSBC Bank (UK) - Business Banking - Current Accounts if you are connecting a Current account only
   2. HSBC Bank (UK) - Business Banking - Other Accounts if you are connecting a Savings Account or Credit Card
4. Press Continue and follow the on-screen instructions. 

However, if you're still unable to link your account, I'd recommend visiting your bank's website and copy its URL. Then, paste it in the Connect an account window's search box. This will let you log in to your correct bank.
