Thank you for reaching out to us regarding deleting a business transaction from your sole trader account. I’d be happy to assist.
To delete a business transaction, please follow the steps below:
- Go to the Transaction tile and select Bank Transactions.
- Locate the business transactions you want to delete.
- Click the Pencil icon to open them.
- Hit the Delete button to remove.
- If you'd like to permanently delete, check mark those transaction and click Exclude button. Then, you'll be prompted with a reminder and click Exclude Transaction to confirm.
If you'll excluded these transactions, they won’t be included in your tax calculations or reports and will be permanently deleted. Please note that you can also add these transactions later if needed.
