How do I update the bank transactions to present date? 'Update' button isn't working and I have followed all the steps on the help page eg trying on other browsers etc

There is no error message or pop-up from my bank and I have tried using a different computer, different browser and incognito but it isn't catching up

I appreciate you for taking several steps to troubleshoot the issue, icfwater. I'm here so you can get through this and have your bank account updated automatically.

In this, let me ask some questions to sort out this matter. To start, can you tell me what bank institution you’re connected to? This will help me check if there are similar reports regarding this matter.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) automatically downloads the last 90 days or more of transactions depending on your bank. If you can’t see some entries, we can simply update your bank account to bring in the transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Since the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team. They have the necessary tools to securely access your account and investigate the cause of the issue with your bank transactions not downloading.

Here's how to reach them:

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner.
  2. Type in "Talk to a human", then press Enter.
  3. Select Contact Support Team.
  4. Type again Talk to a human and click Contact Support Team.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us.

In the meantime, you may consider uploading your transaction manually in QuickBooks. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your bank's website and export your bank transactions.
  2. In your QBO account, go to the Banking menu.
  3. From the Update drop-down, select File Upload.
  4. Click Browse and select the web-connect file from your bank.
  5. Follow the on-screen steps in mapping the data.
