You can download a sample file provided by QuickBooks or use an existing spreadsheet. Just make sure it fulfill the following standards:

- Each imported spreadsheet can contain up to 1,000 rows.
- You can import a maximum of 100 invoices at a time.
- You can't add negative charges, such as discounts or credit notes.
Once everything's verified, upload your file by following the steps below:

- Select Invoices.
- From there, you can choose to Download a sample file or click Browse and then find and select the spreadsheet for your invoices.

- Hit Next.
- Follow the instructions to complete the process.
