How do you add your accountants details, so they can access my information ?

Hi there, Craigleighmps.

 

To give your accountant access to your account, you'll need to invite them as a user. This can be done by going to the settings and adding your accountant to send them an invitation.

 

Here’s how:

 

  1. Navigate to the Gear icon.
  2. Under the Profile column, choose Add accountant.
  3. Click Accounting Firms and select Invite firm.
  4. Enter your accountant’s first and last name and their email address.
  5. Click Save. You will then receive a text with a verification code sent to your registered mobile number to verify your identity.
  6. Enter the code in the Verification code field, then select Continue.

 

An invitation will be emailed to your accountant. Once they accept, you will receive an email notification, and your accountant will be able to access your account. Please note that the invitation expires after 30 days, so be sure to notify your accountant before it expires.
