Updating your PDF on a browser can help fix this. You can ask help from your IT guy if you need guidance in doing this.
If updating your PDF still doesn't work, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Care Support. They have the tools to help look into a more clearer view and identify the reason why you're unable to download your employees P60.
Here are the steps to contact support:
- Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
- Select Contact Us.
- Enter your concern.
- Click Let’s talk.
- Choose Start a chat.
- Type in your contact info.
- Select Close.
