If you're using QuickBooks Payments, funds will arrive as soon as the next day for Pay by Bank payments. For first-time users, we'll deposit your first set of payments within five business days. These deposits take a little longer because we are setting up your account.
Since the funds haven't reached your account yet, it’s a good first step to double-check your bank’s standard processing times, as they can vary. If the delay goes beyond their usual window, I’d recommend reaching out to our Payments Support team. They can securely look into your account details, track down that specific deposit, and find out exactly what’s causing the hold-up for you.
