How to import website sales to quick books self employed

I've just signed up to quickbooks and am tring to find a way to bulk upload all my website genertaed invoices to match my bank transaction amounts.

I tried an alternative accounting software during the week and was able to do a cvs file upload very easily but I cannot see how to do it on here. (quickbooks looked more user friendly which is why I signed up to this one instead)

Do I have to download and save  my website invoices to my computer and then upload to each entry on my bank transactions in quickbooks?

I have an online store selling products so dont need to send an invoice and then wait for payment.

thanks in advance

Thank you for using QuickBooks, thewoollyrabbit.

You don't need to download the invoices. If your bank account is connected to your online store, the payment will directly go through with it. You'll just have to categorize the transactions in your QuickBooks.

If each transactions has different category, you'll have to categorize them manually. However, if you have multiple transactions under the same category, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Transactions tab.
  2. Select the transactions.
  3. Click the Edit category button.
  4. Choose the correct category type.

I've also added these articles for a detailed information on how to categorize transactions:

I'm just right here if you have other concerns with your bank transactions.
