Here’s how you can update an employee’s status as a leaver:
- Go to Payroll, then Employees.
- Look and open the employee's profile.
- Select Actions, then Change status.
- Set the status to Terminated.
- Enter the reason for leaving and add the employee’s last working day.
- Then Save.
The employee has now been marked as a leaver.
