I'm here to share some information when connecting your HSBC Kinetic bank account, @a2btradecarsltd-.

Currently, the HSBC Kinetic bank is still unable to be connected with QuickBooks. Only the HSBC Personal, Business, and Credit Card accounts can be linked with our Online Banking feature.

 In the meantime, you’ll want to manually upload your transactions via CSV file. Before doing so, ensure that you have the correct format. Here's an article as your guide: Format CSV files in Excel to get bank transactions into QuickBooks.

To manually upload your file, follow the steps below:

1. Sign in to your Bank’s website and download the transactions as a CSV file from there.
2. In QuickBooks Online, go to the Banking menu. Then, tap Upload transactions.
3. Click Browse and find the file you downloaded from your bank
4. Select the file and click Open to start the import.
5. Review the column headers and data. Make sure the Date, Description, and Amount columns on the CSV match the columns and order in QuickBooks. 
6. Then click Continue to complete the import.
