Hw do you connect the quickbook subscription payment reciept to my records?

Hi there, Alex.

 

To connect your QuickBooks subscription payment receipt to your records in QuickBooks Solopreneur, you need to upload the receipt and match it to the corresponding transaction in your bank feed.

 

Before starting, avoid uploading receipts or bills that contain sensitive information, such as credit card numbers or other personal details. QuickBooks accepts PDF, JPEG, JPG, GIF, and PNG formats. If you have HEIC images from newer iPhones or iPads, convert them to a supported format first.

 

Once ready, navigate to the Transactions tab and look for the transaction related to your QuickBooks payment. If the transaction already exists as a credit card or bank payment:

 

  1. Hover over the transaction and click the Pencil icon to open the expense transaction.

  2. Locate the option to attach a receipt.
  3. Click Upload and find the receipt file you saved earlier.
  4. Click Save.

However, if you need to create a new record, follow these steps:

 

  1. In the Transactions window, click Receipts.
  2. In the upper right corner of your screen, click the New receipt dropdown.
  3. Choose your preferred upload method: either Upload from this device or Add from mobile device.
