I’ll help you sort and categorize your transactions in QuickBooks Sole Trader. Here’s how:
- In the left tab menu, select Transactions.
- On the Transactions page, review your downloaded transactions.
- Use the Type column header to organize your Business and Personal transactions.

For transactions with an incorrect or missing category:
- In the Category column, select the one you want to update.
- Choose the option from the dropdown that best describes the transaction’s purpose.
