I am trying to change the figure on my ‘Prepare VAT return’, I have clicked the adjust figure but accidentally put in the incorrect figure - how do I change it?

If you haven’t submitted or filed your VAT returns yet, you can still modify the incorrect figures and adjust them again from the Prepare VAT return page.

However, if these returns have already been submitted in QuickBooks, it’s best to contact our Live Expert Team. They have access to more advanced tools to help correct any adjustments and further guide you on the next steps. To do this:

1. Navigate to the Help icon.
2. Click on the Search tab and select Contact Us.
3. Enter the error message in the description box, and select Continue.
4. Choose to request a callback or start a chat with the live expert.
