I am trying to import my previous expenses. When going to settings, import data and 'Bills', an 'upgrade' page appears rather than the one I should be seeing. Any ideas?

I didn't have any problems when importing my sales invoices, and I'm doing exactly what the 'how to' guidance is telling me, but the 'upgrade' page just keeps coming up. Automatic chat was no help, and chat to a human is not available.

If your subscription is QuickBooks Online (QBO) Simple Start, importing and creating a bill transaction isn't available. You'll need to upgrade to a higher version.

 

You can click Choose plan for the subscription that can add bills whenever you're prompted to the Upgrade page. Or click this link to route you to the plans and pricing with their respective product descriptions: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/uk/pricing/

 

If you prefer not to upgrade, you can manually add your previous expenses by clicking the + Create icon and selecting the Expense tab.
