Welcome to the Community, Frankie. As you’ve already set up a pension scheme with a previous provider, the program doesn’t allow you to switch directly to a new pension provider.
For further assistance with changing your pension provider, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Live Support Team. They have the tools and access needed to guide you through the process. Here’s how you can reach them:
- In QBO, navigate to the Help (?) Icon.
- Proceed to the Search Tab.
- In the bottom section, click Contact Us.
- Enter a brief description of your concern and hit Continue.
- You can choose how you can reach out through Chat or Callback.
You can request a callback from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM GMT, or reach us via chat from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM GMT.
