I am unable to edit my customers profile? I need to replace the email address and phone number with a new one but won’t let me as it still has the same name?

I am unable to edit my customers profile? I need to replace the email address and phone number with a new one but won’t let me as it still has the same name?

I appreciate what you've done so far, @collierelectrical. Remember to click Save after updating the customer's email and phone number. If unchanged, we'll proceed with basic troubleshooting.

 

Too many cache files in your browser can cause the issue. Let's perform the basic browser troubleshooting steps.

 

First, restart your browser. Then, log in to your account in a private browser. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to launch a new private window:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

If it fixes the issue, go back to the regular browser and clear the cache. Doing this will eliminate outdated files or data that cause system issues and glitches when using the program. Otherwise, you can use another supported browser.
