- Go to Settings, then tap General.
- Tap iPhone Storage, then tap the QuickBooks Online app.
- Tap Offload App.
For Android,
- Go to Menu ☰, then tap More Options ⋮.
- Tap Settings, then Refresh Data.
- Tap YES to confirm.
Alternatively, you can access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a supported web browser. Just go to qbo.intuit.com in your browser's address bar and sign in to your account.
