We know the importance of having your transactions accurately reflected in QuickBooks.
It’s possible that the transactions before July, or on specific dates you’re searching for, haven’t been recorded in the system yet. To confirm this, we recommend verifying if there are indeed recorded transactions for the dates you’re trying to access. Unfortunately, if there are no recorded transactions for those dates, they won’t appear, even when using the custom date filter.
If these transactions are needed and appear to be missing, you can manually upload the receipts into QuickBooks to ensure they’re properly recorded and available for reference.
