I can not resubscribe instead this is the message sent to me (Error code: -81594, type: INVALID_REQUEST)

My subscription was cancelled on 03/08/2021 and i need to resubscribe

I can not resubscribe instead this is the message sent to me (Error code: -81594, type: INVALID_REQUEST)

The error you’re getting happens when the historical information saved in your browser becomes corrupted. You can perform troubleshooting steps to get this resolved.


To start, you’ll want to access your QuickBooks Online account in a private or incognito window. Then try to resubscribe from there. You can refer to the shortcut keys below for quick navigation:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P


If it works, get back to your regular browser and clear its cache to start fresh. You can also use other supported browsers as an alternative.
