I can’t get payment from a client by credit card. The transaction is pending. I have a tic on “Accept payment by card…. PayPal etc.” Any advise?

I can’t get payment from a client by credit card. The transaction is pending. I have a tic on “Accept payment by card…. PayPal etc.” Any advise?

I'd be glad to provide some information and get your client's payment, @Giovanni4

 

All of your regular customer payments are documented under the Deposits tab. The Pending status indicates Intuit has transferred the money to your bank, but your bank hasn't cleared it yet. Once your bank released the money, your deposits turn Funded in the Status column.

 

Know also that the estimated wait time for the credit card payments to be transferred to your bank would take 5-7 banking days. These also vary depending on the following factors:  

 

  • Time of day you enter transactions
  • Weekends and federal holidays
  • The financial institution where transactions are deposited
  • How long for your bank to verify and process electronic deposits.
