I can't seem to open/print a pdf in the documents in payroll

I can't seem to open/print a pdf in the documents in payroll

Hi Mark, Can you give a little more detail please?

 

Do you know what Payroll it is that your using within Quickbooks? What documents is it that your trying to print/open? Whats preventing you from opening/printing are the buttons grayed out or not there. Thanks
