I have an IKEA credit card that we have used to refurbish our store front. I can't add. It says I need to change the currency to multi currency but it's not an option?

What product are you using? The multicurrency feature is exclusive to QuickBooks Online (QBO) Essentials, Plus, and Advanced. If you’re using QBO Simple Start, you’ll have to upgrade to a subscription that supports this feature to connect banks with different currencies.

After upgrading, you’ll have the option to turn on the multicurrency feature. It’s important to note that once enabled, you can no longer turn it off. You can then proceed to connect your IKEA Credit Card to QuickBooks.
