I have completed a leavers p45 but have put the wrong DOB on their form.How do I delete this and correct it so I can print off the correct one with right information on??

The DOB that is recorded on the P45 is taken from the original set up of your Employee on the Payroll. Once the employee has been set up the DOB is one of the few things that cannot be changed.


What you would have to do is record a new employee and add the year to date figured from the already created P45 or Payslips. Once this has been added you can proceed to mark the employee as a leaver again and produce the P45.
