I'll make sure you'll get to see your suppliers and continue categorising your receipts in the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app.
In this case, the application may become obsolete over time, which prevents you from accessing the lists of suppliers. You'll want to uninstall and reinstall the app so you can perform more tasks and get your hands on additional functionality.

- On your browser, sign in to your company file.
- Go to the Help menu.
- Select Contact Us.
- Enter your concern, then select Let's Talk.

- Get a callback from the next available expert.
